Mock Exam C · BoK v2.1 gap targeted
Built after reading IAPP's own Body of Knowledge and study guide. This exam corrects two things the Wiley book got wrong for you: the domain weighting, and whole topics the book never covers. It also includes multi-select questions, which the real exam uses and Exams A and B did not.
I measured how often each competency is drilled across Exams A–D against its share of the BoK blueprint. Four came out starved. This exam over-weights them deliberately.
| Competency | Drilled vs blueprint | Here |
|---|---|---|
| III.C Release, monitoring, maintenance | 0.48× | 12 Qs |
| IV.A Deploy decision factors | 0.55× | 8 Qs |
| IV.B Assessing the AI system | 0.57× | 8 Qs |
| I.C Lifecycle & third-party policy | 0.80× | 6 Qs |
The remaining 16 questions hit indicators drilled only once or twice across the whole set — III.B.2, II.D.1, II.C.5, II.B.3, II.B.4, II.C.3, II.A.2 and I.A.4.
These test knowledge you have already met, approached from angles that force retrieval rather than recognition: principles in tension rather than defined, near-misses rather than incidents, what a vendor assessment cannot tell you, and tradeoffs named honestly rather than resolved away. If you can answer these, you understand the material rather than the question format.
